Exercise, day 1

After a rough weekend, I finally made it onto the elliptical trainer on Sunday evening.

33 minutes with a heart rate between 130-145 clobbered me. I didn't mean to be that high. I started playing Rez and the next thing I knew the elliptical was beeping at me to slow down.

This is where I start.
